All the staff were really nice and polite and acted like I was a regular customer. Their office was very proficient. I had made an appt to pull or extract a molar. When they called me back, all the preliminary collections of data/tests/x-rays very proficient. They were very fast, so I didn't have to sit and wait and wait and wait. And gave me two options of extraction because I had a bad infection. Believe it or not I had to fill out new-patient paperwork and I was only in there 20 to 25 minutes for the total whole visit! And then they said they were just file insurance first and then but they didn't pay would send me a bill instead of me paying deductible or co-pay right then! This is definitely THE BEST DENTIST EVER!!!read more

It had been years that I had been to a dentist and I have anxiety. So this gave me extreme anxiety. So this was my first appointment in years and I went to get X-rays and a treatment plan. Dr. Scott and everyone was super nice and understood how I was feeling. I thought to myself I was going to need a lot of work done. But to my surprise in the end it wasn’t what I had thought. My pocket is very happy for that. And I made my next appointment to start my treatments. Plus even made one for my daughter too I was so happy with them.read more

The service has been excellent, the staff has been wonderful and friendly and the work has been (most important of all) pain free. And that includes a root canal. I ask a lot of questions, and they have answered and explained all of them to help me understand everything we're doing. Dr. Kimbrough(s) and staff are terrific and should be considered at the top of the list for any person in need of dental care. Not just in Springdale, but in Northwest Arkansas.read more
