We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, for your convenience. We strive to deliver the highest quality care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, and to be available to you when you need us. Payment is due at the time service is rendered, unless you have made arrangements with us in advance.

Insurance Information
At Kimbrough Dental Care we make every effort to provide you with the finest care, as well as the most convenient financial options for payment. We work closely with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are up to date on our policies, and can be reached by phone at 479-751-9899.
We are currently in network with the following insurance companies:

We will file claims and accept payment from all insurance companies. If your Insurance provider is not listed above, that does not mean we cannot work with them. We would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about your specific plan, and to assist you in communications with them.
We will send you a monthly statement after filing your insurance. Most insurance companies respond to us within 4-6 weeks. Please check with us if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt payment of outstanding balances is appreciated.
